THE LAW PRACTICE’S HISTORY
AND CONSTITUTION

The practice was established as a partnership on 1 April 1993. The partnership became a Limited Liability Partnership (“the Firm”) on 1 January 2011. The Firm presently has 9 lawyers and 43 full time staff.  The Firm is a GST registered business.

 

The Firm is dedicated to providing high quality professional legal services. We believe that all our clients are best served through a business oriented practical application of our lawyers’ skill and knowledge guided by the legal profession’s ethical and client care duties. To this end, all our lawyers are committed to identifying and understanding each client’s goals and needs and to resolving legal issues in their best interests.
