About Kweh Soon Han
Soon Han is an Associate in the Firm’s Conveyancing Practice Group. He graduated from the National University of Singapore in 1990 with a Bachelor of Laws (Hons.), in 1995 with a Master of Laws and from the University of Durham (U.K) in 2016 with a Doctorate in Education. He served in the Singapore Civil Service from 1990 to 1996 and thereafter has been in private practice.
Areas of Practice
With many years dealing with conveyancing laws and tenancy laws in HDB, private, commercial and industrial properties, he is experienced in the sale, purchase and rental of the different types of properties in Singapore. He is also experienced in the laws and codes of governance relating to the formation and maintenance of charities, societies, non-profit and religious organisations. He is also consulted on general business and corporate laws and employment laws in Singapore.
Experience
Soon Han lectures regularly on Business and Corporate laws at the ACCA programme conducted by the Kaplan Learning Institute and also at the Curtin University Campus in Singapore. Separately he lectures on world/comparative religions at the Singapore University of Social Sciences.
Appointments and Memberships
Soon Han is a member of the Law Society of Singapore and the Singapore Academy of Law. He sits as a Non-Resident Fellow at the NUS Temasek Hall’s Senior Common room Committee, Maha Bodhi School’s Management Committee, Bright Hill Evergreen Home’s Management Committee and the Singapore Buddhist Federation’s Council. He is patron to the Royal Thai Wat Ananda Metyarama’s Youth Group and the Burmese Pa Auk (Forest) Meditation Centre.

郭顺汉 (Kweh Soon Han) 律师是本所物业转易业务组律师。郭律师于1990年毕业于新加坡国立大学，获得法学学士（荣誉）学位，1995年获得法学硕士学位，2016年毕业于英国杜伦大学，获得教育博士学位。他于1990年至1996年任职新加坡公务员，之后一直从事私人执业。
业务领域
郭律师多年来从事组屋、私人、商业及工业房地产物业转易法及租赁法的处理，他在新加坡各种类型的房地产买卖和租赁方面经验丰富。郭律师在慈善团体、社团、非营利组织及宗教组织成立和维护的法律及管治守则方面也有丰富经验。郭律师也为新加坡的一般商业和公司法及雇佣法提供咨询。
经验
郭律师经常在新加坡楷博金融学院的ACCA课程以及科廷新加坡校区讲授《商业法和公司法》。郭律师也在新跃社科大学讲授《世界/比较宗教学》。
委任及会员资格
郭律师是新加坡律师公会及新加坡法律学会会员。他是国大淡马锡厅高级公共休息室委员会、菩提学校管理委员会、光明山修身院管理委员会及新加坡佛教总会理事会的非居民研究员。郭律师是泰国佛教寺庙阿南达佛寺青年组织和缅甸帕奥森林禅修中心赞助人。
