Yu Xuan graduated from the University of Manchester with a Bachelor of Laws (Hons). He has since been called as an advocate and solicitor to the Singapore Bar.

Yu Xuan's practice focuses mostly on business and commercial law. He has extensive expertise in business transactions and consulting work. He has worked with both domestic and international corporations in a variety of industries.

He also serves as an independent advisor to a number of Singapore SME companies, such as those in the telecommunications, engineering, manufacturing, technology, and food and beverage industries.

He is fluent in English and Mandarin.

林羽轩毕业于曼彻斯特大学，获得法学学士学位（荣誉）。此后，他被任命为新加坡律师协会的辩护人和事务律师。
