Rey Foo was admitted to the Singapore Bar in 1992 and has been in practice for about 25 years. He is a partner of the Firm. After qualifying in 1990 as a Barrister, Mr Rey Foo obtained his Masters in Law in Corporate and Commercial Law from Queen Mary College, University of London in 1991. He has practised corporate law and his present areas of practice include conveyancing, corporate law and civil litigation. He also advises on construction claims. In relation to conveyancing practice, his transaction experience includes providing legal advice to the practice’s clients in all matters of real estate law, advising and acting for individuals, corporations, developers, banks and financial institutions in property sale and purchase, mortgage and refinancing transactions as well as landlord and tenant matters. He has also advised management sale committees on en-bloc transactions.

符永汉 (Rey Foo Jong Han) 律师于1992年获得新加坡律师资格，至今已执业约25年。符律师是本所合伙人。在1990年获得大律师资格后，他于1991年获得伦敦大学玛丽女王学院公司法和商法法学硕士学位。符律师从事公司法业务，目前的业务领域包括物业转易、公司法及民事诉讼。他也就施工索赔提供法律意见。在转易业务方面，符律师的交易经验包括为本所客户的所有房地产法律事务提供法律意见，为个人、公司、开发商、银行及金融机构的房地产买卖、抵押和再融资交易，以及房东和租客的事务提供法律意见及服务。他也就集体出售交易向管理出售委员会提供法律意见。
